Rupe Secca

Rupe Secca translates literally as “dry cliff”.

A range of two Sicilian modern classics, Grillo and Nero d’Avola, Rupe Secca is named after a unique beauty spot on the Sicilian coast, called Punta Secca by the locals. Montalbano is filmed in Punta Secca: just a few kilometres from the vineyards where the grapes are grown, Punta Secca is a tiny seaside hamlet perched over the Mediterranean, which has been made famous by the Inspector Montalbano TV series.

The Rupe Secca Grillo and Nero d’Avola are vibrant, modern and manifestly Sicilian, made from indigenous varietals with labels inspired by beautiful Sicilian Maiolic tiles.
