A mari usque ad mari, from Latin, means "from the sea to the sea": the face of Dea del Mare, the goddess, comes out from the union of a river and two slopes, on which light are turned on, symbolizing the window of the houses and the people living there. A moon shines in the sky, as a female symbol.
